Saturday Outdoor Group Sessions

Join us in the Great Outdoors, where we’ll be using just our bodies to get fitter and healthier, whilst enjoying a stunning Wilderkaiser view!

For all of our Outdoor Group Sessions, you need no equipment at all! Just some water, sensible clothing and motivation to work.

Book a spot on one of our sessions today and learn just how great it feels to connect with nature.

We ask that all guests turn up to the sessions 5 minutes prior to the start-time, so that we can all get familiar and organise any last-minute details before starting the session punctually.

We run Outdoor Group Sessions from April through October, every:
– Wednesday evening from 6-7pm
– Saturday morning from 10-11am
